Community + Environment

Our people, our community and our world matter.

Brigholme Proudly Sponsors The T.E.A.M. Program

T.E.A.M. (Teaching Esteem and Academics at Milliken) is a Personalized Alternative Education program operating out of Milliken Mills High School. The program provides an opportunity for students to combine academic learning with outdoor education and community partnerships, and develop skills to address the difficult social, emotional and academic issues they face.

T.E.A.M. has gained a solid reputation with stakeholders as an authentic transition program for at-risk youth from the local community. They achieve success by placing an emphasis on the practicality of learning, challenging students to uncover and develop their strengths through outdoor excursions, and allowing them to undertake real life roles and responsibilities through community projects.

Brigholme Interiors Group is dedicated to making a positive impact on the environment with our green building initiatives. We are also committed to helping the community by supporting charitable organizations. This is why when the opportunity arose, Brigholme was pleased to dedicate itself to T.E.A.M. and become their primary sponsor. Our support will ensure that all T.E.A.M. students can partake in all aspects of the program. We have also had the pleasure of hiring several T.E.A.M. graduates over the years.
