Our central work request system, eService, is designed to capture any request for products or services 24/7. This module allows us to receive your request in real-time, log move schedules, send out move packages and trigger the personnel involved to perform site condition activities including loading dock and elevator bookings, moving box delivery and component tagging.
It allows your project manager web access to view any request they are authorized to view. It captures response time and tracks KPI data for monthly reports. AutoCAD® drawings, project schedules, Excel and Word documents can be attached to the request and can be downloaded or uploaded as needed. From this system, your internal proposals can be approved and can assign PO numbers and cost codes for billing purposes.
