eOrder

Regardless of your platform, Brigholme’s eOrder system offers you online procurement functionality at the level you desire. Integrating with your platform, it allows you to order from your existing furniture standards catalog.

eOrder is both an electronic ordering tool as well as a module that allows order development by the Client, to be sent to Brigholme. It is designed to work with 3 purchasing models:

1. Stand-Alone Catalog – A Client does not use a procurement software (Ariba®, CommerceOne®…). A stand-alone catalog will be built specific to your needs and posted to eOrder. This will allow you to shop and order from their catalog.

2. Procurement System and Catalog – A Client uses a procurement software (Ariba®, CommerceOne®…). A catalog will be built specific to your needs and posted to eOrder. You will “punch-out” from their procurement system then shop and order from your catalog. When shopping is complete the cart is transferred from eOrder to your procurement system for routing, approval and assignment of a PO. Then the order is transferred back to eOrder for Brigholme to pick up and process.

3. Procurement System – A Client uses a procurement software (Ariba®, CommerceOne®…). There is no catalog created. When you request job proposals from Brigholme, we will develop the proposal and then post the proposal to eOrder.

You will then “punch-out” from your procurement system and simply transfer the proposal detail from eOrder to your procurement system. You then can route the order for approval and assignment of a PO within your system. Lastly, the order is transferred back into eOrder for Brigholme to pick up and process.
